BESPOKE ENGAGEMENT RINGS
An engagement ring is something incredibly important and such a significant piece of jewellery. Kirstie will work towards a design tailored to the recipient of the ring and as this is a bespoke ring, your input towards the design is always welcomed and allows the jewellery to carry even more sentiment.
After an initial discussion via email or an appointment at Kirstie's studio and workshop space, she'll select a selection of specially sourced stones, based on your specification and budget. Once the stone has been chosen, the real design work begins and and the ring will be created around the stone of your choice. Kirstie will discuss all stone, metal and design options with you and once your design has been chosen it will be drawn up by hand or a 3D render will be created. Once the 'okay' has been given, a wax version will be printed for you to view, for scale and to assess proportion. This wax will then be cast into your selected metal, set by expert stone setters in the heart of the jewellery district, and then finally, hand polished to make the ring sparkle even more.
If you are choosing to create a ring with an heirloom stone, this is all possible and after and initial meeting and viewing of the stone, Kirstie will create something extra special for the stone to sit in, for it's new life.
